Erika Brown

Erika is a Real Estate Investor and Serial Entrepreneur who went from living paycheck to paycheck to having a multi-million dollar real estate empire that generates over six figures of real estate income each year. Her rental portfolio and experience cover everything from multifamily properties, single family homes, land ownership, commercial properties, short term/mid term rentals, section 8 rentals and home building. Erika is a natural problem solver who enjoys helping others overcome any challenges of real estate investing. Her passion is to help others create passive income for themselves, using real estate investing, so they can be freed up to pursue the things God has truly called them to do.

Does my ticket include myself and my significant other?

Each ticket includes only one person's admission to the Experience. But we'd love to have your significant other or your business bestie join us, so we have a special savings opportunity for you! When you book two tickets, use the code BESTIE at checkout to get 10% off.

If I need to cancel can I get a refund?

All tickets are non-refundable. However you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. This must be done ahead of 7/31/2025. If you'd like to transfer your ticket, email us at Hello@Owningitandlivingit.com.

Will the Experience be available to livestream?

Livestream will not be available. You have to be in the room! You will NOT regret being in the room! Book your travel, find someone to watch the kids and get yourself to Atlanta! You won’t want to miss this.

When should I arrive?

If you’re like me, I need a day to decompress from my life before attending conferences. Feel free to arrive on Thursday and take advantage of the spa inside of the hotel or relax with a cocktail at the bar or a hot tea in your room! The first session will begin Friday morning at 8:30am and the hotel is located an hour from the airport.
