Erika is a living example of how, even though the world and society can start writing your story one way, it doesn’t have to end that way. She is the daughter of a man who grew up sharecropping in the rural south and a woman who grew up the second oldest of 7 children living in a two-room house in Louisiana. She is a Black girl who grew up south of Dallas, got pregnant before getting married, and had to get a job before getting a degree.
She worked her way up the ladder of a corporate job for many years before leaving to pursue her own dreams in Real Estate. With God’s grace, hard work, and surrounding herself with inspirational people, she turned a career as a Real Estate Agent into a multi-million dollar Real Estate empire that provides jobs, empowers the community, and provides education to help others write a different story too.
Does my ticket include myself and my significant other?

If I need to cancel can I get a refund?
All tickets are non-refundable. However you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. This must be done ahead of 7/31/2024. If you'd like to transfer your ticket, email us at Hello@Owningitandlivingit.com.
Will the Experience be available to livestream?
Livestream will not be available. You have to be in the room! You will NOT regret being in the room! Book your travel, find someone to watch the kids and get yourself to Atlanta! You won’t want to miss this.
When should I arrive?
If you’re like me, I need a day to decompress from my life before attending conferences. Feel free to arrive on Thursday and take advantage of the spa inside of the hotel or relax with a cocktail at the bar or a hot tea in your room! The first session will begin Friday morning at 8:30am and the hotel is located an hour from the airport.
Where should I stay during the conference if I’m traveling outside of Atlanta?

When will the house giveaway take place?
